I truly believe this process of guided coaching and Inner Reconciliation can help you, wherever you are at.
Most importantly, it can begin to positively transform your relationship to your body, mind and emotions.
Rather than trying to get rid of, transcend or "fix" them, we are focused on being present, listening to and working with them. They know what is needed, not me! My role is to facilitate this communication.

About Evan
Evan is a teacher of meditation and senior facilitator of Inner Reconciliation with several years of experience working with individuals and groups, both live and online.
As a full time musician in the competitive New York City landscape, Evan has a lot of experience bringing the benefits of this emotional and inner work into the practical side of dealing with life, career, relationships and more.
